Worst garage experience ever. The technician stated nothing was wrong with my vehicle so I didn't have to pay for anything when I got there. Once there, they charged me for multiple things that didn't need to be touched. Once I opened my car door, I saw smears and smudges of a substance that looks like white paint in my car that won't come out. I would NOT recommend this garage. They don't have any respect for anyone's vehicle.

In and out in no time, parts came in fast. Mechanic explained everything about the work being done, the part being replaced, how and why they go bad, and other details about the repair. I like that they took the time to explain it to me and being given all the information about what the repairs entailed - very transparent and informative. Communication and updates were timely. Price was very reasonable too. Update: I had gotten my vehicle back with the cab lights stuck on and wouldn't shut off. After several weeks of trying to get the issue taken care of, they said basically I could bring it in and pay to have it fixed. They said the part they replaced has nothing to do with cab lights, so it couldnt be their fault. But I dropped it off fine, and picked it back up with the lights stuck on

I've been going here for over 10 years, I was not expecting to be charged $30 to wipe the inside of my windshield, certainly not for it to be left a streaky mess, worse than when I dropped it off. They also never reset the oil change reminder.

My family has been taking their vehicles to Creekview for years, and never once have we ever been deceived or let down. Until it came time for one of our vehicles to have a transmission swap. We brought all of the needed materials, over $1,000 worth, and we were quoted $750-$1,000 for the repairs. Granted, I understand stuff goes wrong, and there were a few other issues that needed to be addressed on our vehicle that we did not know about; however, after all was said and done, our quoted bill went up by nearly 6 TIMES the original quote!! $5,200 we paid for a transmission swap with all materials (fluids included) provided, minus a solenoid & a torque converter on the transmission that the shop had to order in. I went there because multiple lights were showing on my dashboard. And I had been told I needed to get a new car because I wouldn't be able to pass inspection when t as time. I talk my car to Creekview because they're always been able to figure out stuff. And sure enough - they fixed my car! It was an electrical issue. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get it done. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic that really knows how to fix cars.
