My experience buying from Creekwood was fantastic. Everyone seems to wear multiple hats so you can talk to anyone and they all know what’s going on. I had to fly in to pick up the truck that my wife and I purchased and they stayed open late when my connection was delayed by four hours. No waiting around for a sales manager to process paperwork as we actually took care of everything financial before hand. The truck was exactly as described. Nothing was hidden or obscured. We purchased it and I immediately drove it 1400 miles home with no issues. If I’m in the market for another truck in the future, I’ll be happy to do business with them again knowing that they don’t hide fees, don’t sell crumby vehicles, and are very cordial and easy to work with.
