The salesman was very professional. He let me drive the truck around, including taking it home to show my wife the truck, which she liked. I had asked him about having a spray in bed liner installed, he had it scheduled right away for the next day. He also arranged a loaner vehicle for me as well. Financing went well, no pressure, no issues. The only issue I have is that I would’ve liked for the salesman to go over all of the changes that were made since I bought my last new truck eight and a half years ago. I was looking for the big owners manual in the glove compartment and I found that it’s in the computer in the truck. Overall everything went great.

I wish to say that crescent Ford is a great place to purchase a car and also to get your car serviced. I recently got a 2024 Big Bend Ford bronco sport. And everyone treated me with the utmost respect this is my first car that I’ve had in 14 years. And everyone celebrated with me when they gave me the keys, and everyone cried with me as well. Also, the service department, I love their hospitality and their personality. I always say I want to treat people the way I want to be treated and they did such that. The buying/purchase experience could not have been anymore positive. I walked into the showroom and asked the first person that greeted us for a salesperson that "I would like". She connected us with Mike. Absolutely no sales pressure. I asked Mike to present me with the best deal possible the first time because I did not want to go back and forth with pricing. We sat in his office until he came back with the sales manager, Jennifer. She introduced herself, presented the offer, then dropped the price a little more and made the sell. I wanted the truck and she was helpful and motivated to help me. I have purchased many vehicles and this was, by far, the best transaction that I have ever had "vehicle shopping".
