Crespo Auto Repair

I highly recommend Will Crespo’s auto shop. Will is very honest, which is hard to find, and knowledgeable. He does great work, and his prices are VERY Reasonable! I will keep taking my car there. This is an update to my original post. My car recently needed an urgent repair, and Will made it a point to squeeze me in Saturday, which was a holiday weekend. He took care of the problem and didn’t even charge me because he said it was a minor repair. I was also going to have an oil change, but he reminded me that my car was not due for one yet. I cannot say enough about his honesty and integrity!

I had a recently purchased 2008 Subaru Forester inspected by Crespo Auto a few weeks ago. Will’s prices were very fair, and I appreciated his thorough texts keeping me updated. (I opted for texts rather than phone calls.) Though the car passed inspection, I chose to get the brakes done as well since this car will be driven by my teenager, who is a new driver, and Will’s pricing was excellent! It was a very positive experience, and my family and I will be using Will exclusively for all auto repair needs in the future! (The handwritten thank you message from Will’s young son on the back on the bill was adorable and made me smile!)

Great and trustworthy mechanic. I am a first time customer and Will was great from beginning to end. He went above and beyond. He not only fixed my fuel pump which caused my initial issue but was up until the early hours of the morning trying to figure out what was causing my car to still not run properly after the fuel pump replacement. He figured out the issue, replaced the part, and I was back on the road the next day. As a person that is not mechanically inclined, I felt comfortable and didn’t feel as though I was being taken advantage of throughout the entire process. He actually took the time to explain everything that he did in a way that made sense. His prices are SUPER reasonable as my bill was nearly $300+ LESS than a nearby competitor. I was referred to Crespo Auto Repair by a friend because she said he always gave excellent service, in a timely fashion with fair and reasonable pricing. We previously went to a mechanic in Exton who charged a mint for so so service with unclear pricing. He would quote us one price and when we picked up, it was always a hundred plus more. He would frequently push our repairs back by a day or two, after we dropped off, telling us he was too busy to get to it. That shop gave us a quote an outrageous quote for brakes and rotors for one of our cars and at that point, we started looking for a new shop. Excellent and fast service. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explained things well. I had an unusual situation and they knew exactly what they were doing and how to get me the best prices for the part needed. Prices were extremely fair. I highly recommend Crespo Auto Repair.
