Crestview Auto Body

Have dealt with Crestview Auto Body many times with several cars. I would not take a vehicle of mine to any other body shop. Their workmanship is excellent and Aaron and Julie are very nice people to work with. My Hyundai Sonata had a deer jump on the hood of the car and did quite a bit of damage. The repair job was well done and I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone..

Someone hit me when we got our first snow storm this year. Crestview was amazing with getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner, even during the holidays! Very communicative. Staff is friendly. A year ago, I had to go to an auto body shop in Boardman that was horrific and made me dread this process, but the Crestview Autobody team was nothing short of amazing! I appreciate all their help!!

About 3 years ago I took my car here to be serviced after being t-boned at a traffic light. When I picked up my car I saw that Crestview Auto Body had drilled a license plate into the BUMPER of my car with zero support or consent from me. License plates in the front of the car are not required here. 3 years later and I have ugly holes in my front bumper still. I will NEVER return to this location. The staff was not polite and the paint on the side of my car that was "fixed" started to scratch off with normal wear and tear within a day of getting it back; when I took the car back to ask about the paint coming off already they told me that was my own fault for letting rocks hit my car (???). I had been driving it for less than a day on normal city streets. Would not recommend.

Have a few Collison repairs done here. Very pleased wth their work and the office staff is very amazing. Highly recommended. They make a major inconvenience a little less stressful.
