Crestview RV

We just left Crestview Georgetown with our 2026 Primetime Avenger 25MKO. We ordered it during the Central Texas RV Show. During that show they did not have a model that met our needs, however, the prime time representative told us all about this model and we knew it would be perfect. We worked with Ben at the show who was very communicative while we waited for our trailer to be completed and shipped. We met the finance manager Yohannes who worked with us initially at the show. We then worked with Shannon after it was delivered. She too helped us with communicating the process to trade in our current trailer. Lucy gave us our tour, answered all our questions and gave us the information we needed to operate the trailer properly. Justin completed our financing and it was super easy and painle

We went over to Crestview RV in Georgetown, Texas to look at some fifth wheel trailers. Our saleman, Will was very helpful and knowledgeable on the units we looked at. Pricing seems to be coming down on RVs as well as interest rates and we thought it maybe a good time to do a trade in deal. You guys should check them out.

We just bought a used 5th wheel from them and there was a minor water leak from the water pop off valve that came up with it but Tony and the service Team sent someone out to attend to them which we greatly thank Instead of having to haul it back to them. We are in Florence which is close but now the washer has given us issues and has leaked after its 1st use after having it for 1 week. I would highly suggest if anyone buys an RV to test everything single thing and ask for a sheet of what the service department checks before pick up. All issues have been water related even with pressure regulator on. I’m not even sure how a washer and dryer could be changed out as they are to wide for RV doors. When asked to check an RV before purchase might as well have it all Hooked up .

Not much in regards to RV parts/assesories and what was there was way over priced!! Better off not wasting your time and Money!! if you need something buy it on Amazon (unless you're broke down close by)

On August 29th we put 50% down on a new 2025 Winnebago Porto and signed our purchase papers. We were ready willing and able to drive away with our purchase but Crestview RV wanted to make a small repair. Today is October 13th and we still have not been able to take possession of our new Winnebago Porto because the repairs are not completed! We also paid for the top of the line $6000.00 warranty for the Porto and I hope they are not using our warranty to cover the cost of these repairs!! Crestview RV is not very good at keeping us informed of the status of the repair either! Maybe one day we will be able to pick up our new Winnebago Porto now that our first payment is already due and we have not even ever driven it off the lot!!
