Crew Carwash

Pretty upset was going to get a carwash right before they closed, two ladies working here right as I was about to go through the gate hurry up and ran to push a trash can in front of my car so I couldn’t go through not only did she put her life in dange if I didn’t stop she would be in the hospital, and my car would of been dented, also they were just laughing about it. Will be canceling my membership highly unacceptable. whoever these ladies are in the photo are the people who did it

To the woman who cut me off today and almost hit me to squeeze into the membership lane just to make everyone sit and wait 15 minutes for the worker to get you a membership, I hope you step on a lego. To the workers who insisted on helping her after she cut everyone off and didnt even have a membership, she should have been redirected and told to go around and get in the right lane.

I absolutely love this car wash. Super easy and fast. I wish there was one closer to home than 45mins to 1 hr away (Kokomo & South Bend). Highly recommend using Crew, especially if you are near them, get the monthly package, it's worth it.

I had 9 years of enjoyment with this car wash. My car has no rust on it. I had an unlimited monthly plan. In Indiana, where the street and highway departments use lots of salt in the wintertime, you need to get the salt off your car .

I went through crew car wash and my rims were terribly scratched from the wash. They refused to cover the cost of the damage they caused let alone give me a refund. The workers here are incompetent and lazy. If you ever think about coming here.. don’t! Absolutely ridiculous! -0 Stars.
