Crew Carwash

First time there. Our regular touchless car wash was down, so we decided to use the $5 off coupon for Crews Ultimate car wash. We were a little nervous... I think it took less than 3 minutes to go through. Cost us with coupon $17. Which I think is a little high. My husband checked the car over. He was impressed that the car wash got the break dust off wheels and also did a good job of cleaning the whole car. We will go there again, but not regularly.

Nicest group of workers i have ever met !! Chris Went the extra mile to make sure all the bugs were off my van after a cross-country drive!! Will recommend to all my friends and be back myself !!

Great place for a quick wash, but not actually free vacuums. Got a basic wash and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Car was plenty dirty after the first snow of the season. A little disappointed it didn't get the from bumper/grill a little better, but everywhere else looks clean. Happy with how well the rear bumper and window look. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even drew a butterfly on the window for the kids. Only negative was that the vacuums are listed as free on Google, but they're only free for members.

25 min wait today just to have them open another lane and let several cars in front of us that have been waiting for 25 min and to give people NO wait. Maybe pay attention to your lines and who is next. We tried it out today to see if we will renew our drive and shine or subscribe with Crew and it’s big NO. Pay attention!!!!

Great wash after three attempts and the employee coming out with a cleaner to get the stains off the hood. After two tries the entire drivers side was still dirty. Only after the guy at the front wrote on the windshield to use mops on the sides to get it clean. One good thing they will rewash you car until it’s clean. After my wife got out and did some cleaning and touch up the Toyota Venza looks beautiful. It’s very pricey but it does a decent job. They try to upsell you at the start but I don’t like the fact that if you forget to cancel the $29.99 subscription it goes up automatically to $$49.99. For that reason we refused the offer.
