no phone call about the status of the vehicle. I just showed up after work and found the truck was ready. Thank goodness. I would have been sour if it wasn't and I had not received any update calls.
Had to make a second trip to fix a simple repair. Also, they have a representative named Ana who has a terrible attitude, like she doesn't want to be there. Another front desk rep, Tyler's customer service is better.
