Criswell's Towing and Repair

Got towed from a no parking zone near the state fair. Driver told me that they’re required to have no parking signs at every entrance. The “entrance” i came in had no sign, but the exit side did. Not to mention it’s facing the road! Not the parking lot. Driver told me they tow 20-30 cars per night from there. $262 later. What a small town scam.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Albert today. My car’s fuel pump went out, and left me on the side of the road. Albert was quick to call and let me know he was on his way. Only waited 10 minutes! The fastest any tow truck drive has ever been. Once he arrived, he was friendly, helpful, and incredibly courteous. He helped me get my vehicle towed to the local garage, and unloaded the car safely and quickly. Albert showed the best of what Criswell’s has to offer. If I ever need a tow, I’ll be calling Criswell’s and asking for him by name. 100% satisfied and would gladly recommend to anyone else.

Carmelo did a great job. Showed up promptly treated my car great and was more concerned about the well being of my car than I was. Thank you Carmelo and Criswells

Big shout out to Criswells Towing crew, and big shout out to Tony, These guys were able to tow my car with out any issues, updated me with pictures of when it was picked up to when it was dropped off. They have very reasonable pricing and great customer service! And if you guys get Tow Truck driver Tony you are in great hands! I would trust this man with the keys to my car any day of the week, once again thank you for an excellent customer service experience and for making sure my car was safe and secure. 10/10 Highly recommend and I will definitely will be using Criswells Towing and Repair for all my towing needs!

I had my son's car towed after the timing belt broke. The operator had the car loaded within 15 minutes of his arrival. Very friendly and efficient. He really seemed to know what he was doing. Highly recommend.
