Tow job went absolutely amazing! I had Thomas come get me in the middle of the night after my tire blew out, he was very professional and respectful, a great conversation on the way home. I highly recommend this company, they had me home and even parked my car in the driveway with the truck!

Chad was absolutely amazing when he towed my mom’s car. From start to finish, he was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a stressful situation. He took the time to explain everything, made sure my mom felt comfortable and safe, and handled the car with great care. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Chad did exactly that. We’re so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a tow. My car got locked while running. It was on a hot day and my dogs were inside. While the air-conditioner was on, the car was over heating. Crocketts immediately sent someone out keeping communication with me till they arrived. The man who assisted me, I wish I remembered his name, was so caring. He quickly unlocked the car with no trouble. I definitely recommend them! ♡

When Google Maps fails you and you end up stuck in sand on a “road” that no longer exists, these guys are the ones to call. Kevin and Juan worked together to find a way to get my daughter’s car out of the sand with no damage at all. Both guys were courteous, friendly and professional.
