Fantastic shop. I had both my cars in there within a week of each other. One needed a transmission, which they found a great price for a used one under 24k miles. . My other vehicle had a 4wd problem. They were very honest about what needed to be done, and pricing was very reasonable and there were no upcharges. Andrew was very helpful during the process. They even went out of the way to help me get my tires rebalanced from another shop. Thanx Crom.

Everybody at Crom gets five stars. Even the tow truck driver who picked my gray baby up yesterday. My husband was worried it might have been something going on with the transmission so I didn't want to drive there.The guys put a new transmission in her in 2022. She started running bad the other day and they sent the tow truck right over to get her. I was so relieved to get a call the same day saying it was not the transmission and I picked her up the next day after a real good tune-up. My baby is driving better and stronger than ever with 238,000+ miles on her. Thanks Crom! My husband and I highly recommend them for great honest vehicle repair.

Brought my truck in on a Tuesday after being nickeled and dined at a dealership. They provided me two quotes, one for a new transmission and another for a rebuilt. When they went in to do the repair they called and suggested some preventative maintenance which I asked they do as well. Truck was ready on Thursday! It needed an updated safety inspection and so they even drove it to their sister store Patriot Automotive and got that done as well! Throughout the entire process Andrew was transparent and super friendly making it a seamless process. Do not go anywhere else for transmission issues. This place is by far and away the best shop in the Camp Lejeune area.

I’ve been taking my 2001 Toyota Corolla to Croms Automotive for about three years now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They’ve handled everything—from a transmission replacement and radiator work to AC repairs and even some body fixes—and the service has always been excellent. They’re honest, reliable, and truly go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I live in Augusta, GA now and still make the 5½ hour drive to Jacksonville, NC because I trust their work and know they’ll get it done right every time. Highly recommend!
