Cronic Nissan Service Department

First time was only 3 days after I purchased my car, key fob batteries were dying and Mr. Herb instructed me to come in and get the batteries changed. So I did, it was only after I had left the dealership that the card I had used to make my down payment was charged without my authorization or knowledge. Battery replacement is covered under my warranty, the key fobs should have came with new batteries anyways. 1/8/25: after the onset of the seatbelt buckle defect, and the vehicle having stalled and showing signs of a failing CVT less then a month after purchase. Tech that inspected my vehicle came into the lobby and spoke to his manager stating "her spark plugs already need to be replaced. Scheduled an appointment for a recalls and was early to appointment, I asked if there were loaner/rental cars so that I could go to work. I was put on hold to check what see service I would be receiving I was told yes there are vehicles and one would be ready, I arrived at 8:50 to be told no they don’t have any loaner/renter vehicles. I then advised the service rep I called before coming there was one slotted for me and he goes to the service manager and then says no there is not one available for me and I could just reschedule another date.Very bad customer service, will never bring my car back to the Cronic Nissan. I love CRONIC Nissan Griffin when it comes to ordering parts through the Parts Dept. All of the personnel there are extra friendly and the service and delivery is fast. I would have given a 5 star rating except the young black maybe Hispanic lady with long hair displayed the worst attitude possible on Sept 18 2024 (my opinion when it comes to customer service) upon my approaching the parts counter. to order a bumper alignment bracket, by walking off from me while I were speaking to her, asking a question. Over all #1 auto place for service.

Made an appointment and it was quick and efficient. I just hate when i'm waiting and get that call when they try to make me trade in my vehicle. But other than that perfect.

Scheduled an appointment for a rattling and tuneup,was seen promptly, and even received a discount for the tuneup!Will return.
