These guys did an AMAZING job on my 2021 Subaru Outback! My car literally looks like it did the day I bought it off the lot! Their communication was outstanding and their customer service was excellent! They came and picked up my car and then dropped it back off, it couldn’t have been easier! Cross Auto fixed a nightmare situation. My brand new vehicle with less than 80 miles on it got overspray paint all over it from a paint crew spraying the external side of a building. They were able to remove all the paint, were great with communication, and helped me navigate the claims rep who was handling my incident to pay for the damage done to vehicle. Car came out looking shiny as it was before the paint, and easy to work with. 100% would recommend.
