Cross City Auto & Tire

My experience with crosscity auto has not been good, place is a scam and full of thieves, they worked on my engine knowing it was totaled, charged me 2k. When I got the vehicle back my gear shift knob was stolen and my belongings. Please stay clear of this business, save yourself and your wallet!!!

Very nice folks and good prices. Pulled in with a low tire a little before closing time (5PM). Not only were they happy to fix my tire right away but they also changed 2 tires I had with me for my Kawasaki Mule. I will be using them again.

We found a nail in our tire while on a trip. We took our car to Cross City Auto & Tire and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes! Not only did they do a great job, but their price was very reasonable and they were some of the nicest people we’ve met! I highly recommend Cross City Auto & Tire. If we lived nearby, we’d be a regular customer!

We were in the middle of a 5 hour drive and just needed a tire...It took 20 minutes for the owner to take his feet off his desk and look at the tire. Then, he tells us to go to a junk yard (on a donut) to get a tire and bring it back so he can put it on. Terrible experience...we found the closest Walmart tire center and went there instead.

Replaced what he thought was wrong wanted $168.00 and said the motor mounts are bad, called him and he got mad and told me that I don’t owe he and don’t bring nothing back because he didn’t’ need my business. I have only been here a year and John at Cross City Auto was rude and uncaring… HELL OF A WAY TO DO BUSINESS By the way I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, so guessing the computer didn’t work… Doesn’t know what’s wrong with it!!!!!!
