Cross Country BMW Motorcycle of Hasbrouck Heights

Great experience! I have purchase several bikes from Cross Country since 2014. The team at the Hasbrouck Heights location are amazing. They do make you feel absolutely no stress when looking at their inventory which is extensive. Everyone from Ben, the sales person, Harrold, the parts person and Rob, the service manager are all amazing to deal with and are very responsive. I would recommend you stop there before visiting any other dealership. My only complaint, they are so good at their job I have to keep buying bikes from them.

Bought a new bike from this dealership in December 2025. It took a couple of months to decide on a bike. The salesman Ben was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming during the process. I especially appreciated that he was not a hard-sell guy. Great experience!

I’d like to start off by saying that Ben was nothing but AMAZING! Super genuine, cool, patient and hes not like these sales people that try to push you to do things or try to get you to get more stuff. He was SUPER knowledgeable answered all my questions, gave me like a 20 minute tutorial the day i came to pickup the bike like he made sure i knew what i was getting and understood the basics. I really wish dealerships had more people like him hes a great dude and highly reccomend for everyone to speak to him if youre thinkign about buying a BMW bike. Ben is the man, super friendly and genuine guy. I could talk to him for a while and a lot of sales people are not people persons. Ben helped me with any questions I had and still if I have anything to ask he goes above and beyond with speedy responses and is extremely knowledgeable. The bike itself is awesome, I love it. Responsive, looks beautiful, and it rides amazingly. Top notch service and staff. 10/10. Buy your bike from Ben. Ben actually also sold my coworker a m1000r.
