Why are most of the activities and employees being eliminated in Woodbury neighborhood?? The cheerful people who make the patients day interesting and engaging …. The “ management “ is taking away the activities and people that made brethren home our first choice for my mothers care. I feel my mother is not getting the same care and attention as she did while on the third floor memory area.. and of course, we’re still paying the same or more.

Been here for 5 years. GREAT place to live. Terrific, friendly environment.. Can’t beat it.If you cannot find something to entertain you, it’s not their fault.Great folks. Terrific service.

My grandmother was a resident for four months while recovering from a broken leg. Both she and I have extensive healthcare experience across different healthcare settings, so we have a clear understanding of standards of care as well as the challenges frontline staff face. The nurses, aides, and rehabilitation staff worked hard under fast-paced, understaffed, and demanding conditions, and their dedication was evident. Unfortunately, management’s reliance on agency nurses raised concerns, including one instance where my grandmother was delivered a meal tray and not checked on again for the remainder of the shift. Discharge planning support was also limited. As a caregiver, I received minimal guidance from the social worker and was frequently directed to seek information on my own. While I

Absolutely an amazing facility for independent & assisted living! Everything is on campus, therapies, a salon, food services and so much more! My grandparents live here and its such a beautiful facility with amazing staff members! So worth the wait list!!
