I’m not from Graham. However, I pass through every day on my way to work. I am head of operations of a large company and the man I talked to outside the convenience store while pumping gas was so impressive, if he didn't already love his job I would steal him away for my company . I believe he said his name was Colton and he was there outside salesman.He politely approached me asking me when the last time I bought new tires was? Me being a single mom I don’t think about things like that! He talked to me about the wear and tear on my tires and the dangers of not keeping up with tire maintenance .thank you Colton for potentially saving mine and my children’s lives. I had no idea that my tires were over 10 years old and in that bad of shape.

I’d give 10 stars if I could…..5 star experience with Cross tire of Graham,Tx. Never had to deal with any of the headache of picking and choosing Colton and his guys handled everything from start to finish..Couldn’t be more happy with their service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my vehicle in for some minor fixes and the staff was courteous, professional and kind. Not too much of that in customer service anymore. Thank you so much for all you did!!! Take your vehicle here

Got my Audi aligned here and it was done very well. Recently bought a new 4Runner and it came with cheap unbalanced tires and desperately needed an alignment, thankfully this shop was able to get it drivable for me until I can get new tires on it, drives like a dream despite the awful tires. Everyone I've talked to here has been extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Looking forward to this being my go-to mechanic for the foreseeable future!
