Kind of a late post but my last visit with Cross Tire was great. Colton was super helpful and accommodating! He answered all of my questions with kindness and had so much patience. 10/10 love that guy! I’ll only recommend going to Cross Tire.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Wednesday on Christmas eve I came to get 2 tires replaced and it took them 4hrs just to get that done because they kept messing up. I ended up just buying new tires. Came back to get the new tires put on and had the encounter with his rude employee name Raul he is so rude and disrespectful and Colton (he saids his the owner) has no control over him. Raul tells him what his going to do even though Colton tells him otherwise.. First and last time I will step foot to this establishment!!! Don't go to this place if you dont want to be disrespected by his employee!!! If I could do a zero star that's what i would be giving this place!!!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. They helped me with my car getting it towed in and fix for me. All together was the Best Help and Service. And reasonably good prices. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I stopped in for a quote on tires. And will be back next week to purchase. Thank you Colton for all of your help. Super helpful guy and accommodating.
