Brett & his employees are all informative & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions I could tell the few other places I got quotes from were annoyed to answer. Daily communication and updates on my truck, smoking prices & great customer service even after the sale. Will not bring my vehicles anywhere else. 10 stars.

I had an experience here and I am posting this review because I respect good business women. Walking in I spoke with the woman owner there. I had done my research. I stated I had a problem and asked if she was going to fix it. She responds “depends on your problem. I don’t work miracles but I’m pretty good at trying” There was an issue with my husbands truck. I got into a little argument with an employee and the male owner of CrossPoint. The woman owner of the business told them to all get out and handled our issue great. Mind you she is sassy but very witty and intelligent. Walking out I said I came here with an expectation of what I wanted to get and you met it. She responded when you came in here I already knew what I was willing to do for you and where I was not going to budge. And wi

My truck wouldn't start at 11am while at work. I did all I could to get it going. Figured starter crapped out. Called around and CrossPoint Automotive was the ONLY shop that didnt have to order the part. They said they'd have it done and back to me (10mins) away before the end of the day. They called me at 2, said it was fixed and they'd have it back to me around 3:30pm. Fair prices and they delivered on there promise. Just waiting for them to drop it off at work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop and I WILL be doing business with them again. Thanks guys!
