Excellent Experience Always These Guys Know How To Make You Feel At Home and there is a delicious taco truck right next to the shop they have guaranteed the best prices in the Benson 210 area and will always provide honest trust worthy work. Thank you to the guys at Crossroads Tire for always making the proccess easy and the people at the taco truck as well. 10/10 would recommend to anybody needing a new or used tire as well as an alignment.

I thought I had a leak in my tire and this was the closest tire shop. I am so incredibly grateful to these guys. They were kind, quickly took the tire off and tested it. They told me there was actually no leak, it was just my sensor, and didn't charge me anything. So many mechanics would've said there was a hole so they could sell me a new tire .10/10 service and I'm sad I'm not local or I'd go to them every time.

Warning: This tire shop punishes customers for speaking up. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service . This company actually removed the new tire they had just installed after I mentioned I would write a review about their service . I’ve never seen anything like that- completely unacceptable and disrespectful behavior . No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

awesome people small business but efficient. walked in tires and alignment walked out 2 hours later without a appointment. that's sick . tire guys are fast and efficient guys are awesome 👌
