Jim and Danielle were an absolute pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. After a horrible collision left me dealing with a stressful insurance situation, they made the process so much easier. I can’t speak to the final repair outcome since the insurance company ultimately deemed my car a total loss, but based on my experience with them, I have no doubt it would have been handled perfectly. Highly recommend.
We were in such a stressful situation after an accident, especially with me being very pregnant. Danielle truly went above and beyond to take care of us. She made sure our new car had the best parts and outcome, kept us updated every step of the way, and treated us like family. Our car looks brand new again! Getting into an accident right before welcoming a baby is overwhelming, but Danielle made the entire process smooth and reassuring. It meant the world to have someone who genuinely cared about our safety and getting our car back to us as quickly and perfectly as possible. We are so grateful for her hard work, attention to detail, and compassion. If you ever need body work done, Danielle and the team at Crossroads are the people to trust—thank you for taking such great care of our fam
I originally wrote a review but since deleted it. The repairs were good, the overall experience wasn’t good at all. Customer service just doesn’t exist anymore. When I originally dropped off my car at Crossroads they called Enterprise in Bethel to pick me up while at the office they rejected my ID and I couldn’t get a rental so I had to go back to Cross roads to pick my car and reschedule the next week. I went to the Enterprise on Federal Road with the same ID that I gave the Bethel Enterprise with no issues so why would one Enterprise accept my ID and the other wouldn’t? When I finally dropped off my car I asked the owner when she thought I would be able to pick up my car she replied by next week. The repairs I needed were basic it was just a hood and bumper replacement it took two months
*** I didn't even make it past the waiting room... *** I called earlier and spoke to Danielle, I had asked about an estimate on some paint damage repair, she seemed knowledgeable and informative so I decided to stop by and told her I'd be there shortly. Upon arriving, I enter the main reception building and see that the receptionist was finishing up with the person before me. Or so I thought, I entered with a greeting of just eye contact with the receptionist without breaking conversation with the person in front of me. I sat down to wait my turn, however, after sitting there for a couple of minutes, I overhear her talking about another customer and complaining about his personal affairs to the woman in front of me (who I thought was a customer but had a large clipboard in her hands and t
I recently had the unfortunate experience of my mint 2004 Honda Element getting into a fender bender while it was parked. A neighbor highly recommended Crossroads Auto Body, and I couldn’t be happier that I followed their advice. As someone who has never had to use auto insurance before, I was nervous about the process. Jim and his team were incredibly knowledgeable about how insurance companies and adjusters work, and they guided me step-by-step through everything. Their experience made the process stress-free. Finding OEM parts for a 20-year-old Element is no easy task, but Jim knew exactly how to track them down. One of the most impressive details was how he handled an extremely hard-to-find fog light that’s been discontinued for years—he was able to restore the lens to look as if it
