I don't think it is in the "used car buyers handbook" for a transaction to be this good! Seriously. My son purchased his first car right after high school, and it was a great experience. Firstly, the staff, namely Dante, was super cool, easy-going, and a pleasure to work with. We drove a few cars and had our eye on one in particular. We set up a pre-purchase inspection at our mechanic, but it was not to be. The issues were far beyond what was obvious and required some in-depth analysis to identify. Nevertheless, we walked away without a car, but with a great experience. My son, on the way out, wanted to test drive a Passat he had previously driven, and found that the second drive was much better than the first. Drove 3+ hours for a truck, and it was exactly as advertised. Had emailed them on a Sunday (when they are closed) and to my surprise had an email back within an hour. Was a very low/no pressure sale, was given the keys and the freedom to dig around the vehicle without a salesman over my shoulder. Was given a test drive with no hassle at all. Was given a fair offer for my less than perfect trade in. Honestly, not much more you can hope for when buying a used vehicle. Bonus, it comes with a 90 day nationwide powertrain warranty, so me being from a different state is a non-issue IF something goes wrong. Will update if anything goes south, but highly recommend.

Crossroads auto sale might be the best used car dealer east of the Mississippi. The service was top-notch from start to finish- friendly, professional, and no pressure. The staff took the time to answer all our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of the phenomenal service they went above and beyond to service the car and make it feel like new. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience and couldn’t recommend this place enough.
