They were very friendly as always. Got me checked in as soon as I arrived. Took my vehicle back right at appointment time. This place is great to work with!! Have gone here for over five years. Highly recommend.

I understand accidents happen but when it happens at this shop do not expect them to take any responsibility. On top on turning the fault back on the customer the front desk guy Dave became very rude. I will not be bringing our cars back here again.

I have been taking my 2 autos to Crossroads Automotive for 7 years. Historically, I have had most maintenance and repairs performed by the brand dealers but a recommendation was given to me by a relative for Crossroads when I moved here. My experience has been positive. I recently had 200,000+ miles maintenance and new tires on my Tacoma. The Serpentine drive belt became damaged a day after the maintenance. Crossroads got me in first thing and gave me a loaner vehicle and replaced the belt and repaired associated damages at no cost identifying the problem in the new belt. I appreciate their upkeep on my vehicles, auto expertise and their focus on customer service. I recommend them as a reliable and trustworthy repair shop.

Had my engine replaced after my car left me stranded. They did a fantastic job and quick turn around. Very friendly and efficient service.

Great honest shop that takes great care of our vehicles! I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicles here for any issues at all. If you take a look , the only “bad reviews” are impatient people with invalid concerns. This shop is more than willing to make things right and have always kept great communication when there’s any delay.
