An absolute hero. I had a mishap while driving cross country in my RV and crossroads came to my rescue! The service was above and beyond, and made what was becoming a nightmare less stressful and way easier to get through. We got a flat tire on our way back from work in rock River headed to Rawlins, We pulled up at the shop and everybody was already gone but we called and Robert was an hour out from the shop but he instantly called another guy to meet us at the shop to assist us. They filled the tire up only to find out We cracked a rim , so all he could offer was to tow our truck. But he was awesome enough to let us keep the truck parked a few days until we could go to Cheyenne to get a new wheel. They were sand up people and we appreciate the generosity and compassion they gave us! Thank you guys so much!

After being stranded on I-80 for 10 hours with no sign of anyone coming to help us, Robert from Crossroads Towing came to save the day and get my family to a hotel. Robert is super easy going and incredibly caring. He told us that if we needed any help finding a part for our truck that he’d find a way to get one from Casper, WY for us. We had a long stay in Rawlins, WY, because the part was out of state, but now we are on our way home. Thank you, Robert!

If you are ever in the Laramie/Rawlings area and need a tow this is the place to call. The water pump went out and left us sitting in Elk Mountain. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was amazing and very kind. He went above and beyond to find a quote that fit my finical budget. The driver Frank was just as amazing. He made a very stressful situation less overwhelming and he was more than willing to talk to us all the way to our drop off point. He even told us about good places within walking distance for us to visit. When I called in the day after our tow the gentleman Even asked if we were able to get the car taken car of. Crossroads is the best tow company I’ve had the please to work with.
