Mike was fantastic! All these negative reviews seem like a whole lot of not being diligent and expecting a brand new car from a used car dealership. Drove 8 hours to get a 2008 Nissan xterra and couldn’t be happier! Every issue and question I had he was happy to answer and help me out. Stand up straight forward guy. Stayed late at the dealership to get me in this car! Would definitely recommend. My advice, do your research! Ask questions and don’t expect a car with zero issues! Thanks Mike!! 🫶🏻

These salesmen are borderline predatory and will take advantage of anything you say. Also extremely cagey with test drives, probably to hide mechanical issues. Mike was near-condescending when discussing a vehicle and financing and did not have my best interests in mind. He asked about my credit multiple times even after i mentioned i was just looking for an out the door price. While inside i witnessed them both squabbling over a gentleman wanting to sell his car, going as far as to offer $600 for it and saying he could take the battery out that he just bought. After seeing that interaction i knew i did not want to conduct any business with them. Extremely unprofessional at every turn. Read some of the replies to reviews. Attempted to purchase a car after seeing it listed online on their own website along with sites like Edmunds. After test driving it, they stated that the car was actually $1000 more than they listed it for, and that the online prices were simply a "listing error". This screams either bait and switch or just a scam. I would have believed them if only one used car site had the wrong price, but it was the same across the board including the company website. Edit: I have purchased a vehicle from your business in the past so I am aware of which business this is, and this was not related to taxes, fees, or plates. For context, increase your search range to the last 2 years and specify for a blue Mazda 3

This a great dealership; they have a great selection of inventory; a helpful staff that is eager to help. They are also very good with vendors and are awesome people to work with. This dealership is a great asset to the Tremont community and also have a repair facility that can keep their customers going.

Korey and Mike have helped me navigate a couple of used car needs and helped me with a repair as well when an issue came up. They completed the repair sooner than expected all of the items were a reasonable price.
