CROW & ROBERTS BODY SHOP

Had a minor bump to the rear, the person didn't have insurance. This same type of accident happened to the same car, my wife driving the other time, and the cost was 3x what Crow and Roberts charged. They got a new bumper piece, refinished and repainted a body color piece, got the backup sensor back in its bracket. A lot of these body work guys would just say you need a new sensor and charge a bazillion dollars. Couldn't be happier, looks perfect.

Very good customer service. Also did a fantastic job on my Altima. Would recommend them to anyone needing body work. Highly satisfied.

They fixed my car up so well you'd never know it was damaged. A dear took out the majority of the drivers side of my car (entire mirror, front and passenger doors dented to hell, back panel by the gas tank dented and to top it all off busted the tail light) and I was devastated as I had literally just paid it off and had never even scratched it before, not to mention Christmas was like a week away when it happened. When they gave it back to me I cried because it went from perfect to trashed back to perfect and I owe it all to them. Body work/paint takes time and with the holidays coming I can understand why it took 2 and a half weeks (about 14 business days from when I brought it in) to get it back but it was well worth the wait

After checking with almost every body shop in and around Waco, Crow & Roberts were able to get me in faster than anyone. I saw they had good reviews so I went for it. They communicated with the insurance company, and called me with updates several times. They got my car repaired in about 10 days (quite a bit of damage). They did a great job and my car looks brand new. Would definitely recommend!
