Hit a concrete pole in a parking deck backing out. I found Crowley’s Auto Spot through google and chose it based on the good reviews. I was not disappointed! Reached out about repairs a few weeks prior to dropping off since my car was still drivable following the accident, as I know body shops can be busy. They had it repaired in only 3 days! Honest estimate and affordable small repair - it looks brand new. Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service from Tom and his staff, and they do beautiful work. I had some damage to the tailgate after backing into a mailbox, and paint beginning to break down on my side mirrors and rear valance. I could not be happier with the results, it now looks like it did the day I bought it. At this point, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.

My cars never looks dull coming from this place it's for sure one of Lake Normans best. Crowley and his guys put things back in place like it never happened when you didn't mean for it to happen.

I backed into my trailer hitch with my transit van and it dented one of the back doors. I brought it to Crowley's after reading other reviews. They did such an excellent job matching the paint on the new door and its trim, we didn't have to repaint the other door. Tom is easy to work with and did a good job on another issue we had as well.
