You rarely leave a 5 star review when things go wrong, but this is deserved. We went to Crown probably 6 years ago. Recently, the paint started to peel. When i called Mark to check if it was still covered under warrenty, he told me to bring it in without any hesitation. He didn't even request any proof that the work was done through him. He didn't ask for a penny and turned it around overnight. He earned a customer for life through this exchange.

This is the best body shop I’ve been to. They’re honest, clean, fair, and do a great job. I’ve used them twice already, and when I realized my AC wasn’t working months later, they picked up my car, fixed it, and dropped it off. Talk about service! Great experience. They gave me a fair estimate, then charged me LESS, because they didn't have to replace a few parts. Completed the job in half the time the other shops needed. The car looks and drives like new. I highly recommend them.

Mark and his team do the best work around always on time and reasonable price. They even deal w the insurance company which anyone knows is not an easy or fun task by itself. Used for several years and will continue to use and recommend.

Amazing job done! Took my car in Wednesday and within 2 days it was ready. My car had a dent in the hood and someone keyed the whole side of my car and it was fixed perfectly!!! Not only did they do a wonderful job fixing it they also cleaned and wiped everything down inside of my car and the outside of it!!! Looks amazing. Very satisfied.
