Jesse and team did right by me, navigating and balancing the identification of mechanical issues with the cost of parts and labor to achieve solutions. Fantastic place. I used Crown Auto Repairs mobile service in a pinch a few years back and Jesse fixed the issue with my car in under 15 minutes. Later on I had to call on him again and he came to me at my job. Again, he fixed the problem. His repairs are solid and never needed another look. Most recently I took a potential purchase to him for a pre purchase inspection. He fit me in same day and got it done. They're super thorough. I was able to take proof of findings back to the dealership and get everything written in a contract to be fixed (minor stuff but had I not taken it to Crown Auto - I would have had NO IDEA) Incredibly happy with the service, responsiveness, and price.
