Crown automotive delivered again, they were thorough, and communicated all the info throughout the progress expertly. They were honest and transparent in all things. Chris, Tawni, and team are still my go to for all my auto repair needs. I can't recommend this shop enough.

Car died on my way shopping . Had it towed randomly to this shop. Super great , and easy to work with. They got me in and back up and running in just 2 days. The mechanic actually text me everything that was wrong with a price attached. Like I said, super easy to work with. No surprise charges . It was all very upfront and itemized. I was able to schedule quickly and they were able to resolve my headlight issue same day for a great price. We had a similar issue with the other headlight and that shop took 3 visits to get it right. We will be using Crown Automotive for our future needs. Staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

Crown worked on my car a few weeks back. An issue arose and it turns out there was a faulty part that was installed during the work that was done. I took it back, thinking it was a new issue, and after taking a look at it, they found out that the issue was due to the faulty part. They were honest and I appreciate it so much!
