Great first experience at Crown Automotive Repair! I was driving out of town when my car gave me a warning that it was overheating. This has been a recurring concern, and I was pretty stressed about it. I managed to get towed to their shop, and they were genuinely friendly from the start. The owner diagnosed the issue: my car's ECU needed recalibrating due to a technical service bulletin that wasn't a full recall yet. I've been to two different mechanics over the last few years, and this was new information to me! Phillip explained everything clearly and gave me instructions to go to the Ford dealership. He also reassured me that mechanically, my car was in good shape otherwise. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis, which was an incredibly kind gesture for their time and expertise. Th

I drove through a section of deep water during yesterday's rains (didn't see it) and my engine light immediately came on afterwards. My stomach was in knots all evening imagining all the damage I had done to my vehicle. This morning, I brought my car in to be seen (I was referred here by the equally amazing Mr Hrant) and the gentleman who attended me was so nice. They looked over the vehicle and did all the diagnostics. Thankfully the car is running just fine. It's so nice to come to a mechanic you can trust. They could have easily told me that my vehicle required X amounts of cash to fix it, but they didn't. They were honest and I respect that. Crown is excellent. Phil and team are great communicators and they do excellent work. My issue took more time to resolve than anyone expected and they were patient and fair every step of the way. Definitely keep them in mind for your future repairs.

I don’t do this often but crown has exceptional service! The mechanics at this shop are truly top-notch. They were thorough, honest, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my car.
