Crown Motors

This place will rob you and laugh. Car was listed with no mechanical issues and 2 days later the transmission went out. They refuse to fix it but offered me 500 back. Can't get it fixed for that! I paid cash for the car and regret it. This place should be shut down for fraud 🤥

We went to get a vehicle. only to find out they let family take it over the weekends. then got the truck and it had ton more issues then we were told about. including cracked windshield. body damage to the front and the tailgate being messed up. we were told it was a “little dent” haven’t had it a month and it’s already got a radiator leak.

I would never ever go to Crown motors in Tifton ga ever again!! These people lie and are just full of it!! We bought a 2021 truck from them not even three weeks motor locked down!! We were told if anything happens or breaks down on vehicle within 30 days they would fix it! Just know they will not stand on their word!! Worst experience ever!! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY !!!But they say we ran over something which is one of the biggest lies ever!! If we did it we we have fixed it!! lol of course!! Stand on your at crown!! You are some of the rudest people I have ever ever dealt with!!

The sales people were extremely nice during the buying process. After the vehicle was off the lot the relationship was non existent. I understand we bought an older used vehicle. Some minor things are to be expected. Cosmetics are expected to be perfect either. What I do expect though is communication about the issues involved. I felt like they knew we were in desperate need of a vehicle and was trying to get us out quickly. They told us they checked why the check engine light was on and nothing popped up. When we took the vehicle to be checked by someone else, 37 different issues popped up. We look under the hood and the wires of the heater has been placed else where because of what looks like the vehicle has been over heated. We have called about these issues but no one will answer. SO disappointed that I trusted they were being honest with us. Had cash to buy a car for our 17 year old son. His first car because we all know if you buy an expensive car for your teenager, something is bound to happen. Bought the car on Friday, started acting up on Sunday (the very first time my son drove it), had it in the shop on Monday and now we are putting $3200 worth of work into a $3500 car. When I confronted the owner he was rude and inconsiderate. Claimed we bought the car for nothing and that he made little to no profit off of it. He shouldn't have even made a penny off of it!!! He knew that something was wrong with the car and it is sad that he runs his business this way. He is obviously all about the money and has no respect for others. This is what gives honest lots a bad na
