Z as he calls himself, was efficient, clear about pricing and great about time. He kept the process and customers served while taking care of necessary paperwork in a timely manner. Great service. Highly recommended. A bit hard to find; first driveway on the right after the corner of Burbank and lankershim.

very sweet man! took care of me in like 15 minutes all was done. had a hiccup with my card and he was very kind and patience as i got my life together. would completely recommend. pay with cash though!

AVOID. After being informed there are two cars ahead of me and hearing "your car is next" several times, the "sweet guy" lied to my face and said the lady who arrived after me was next (same can happen to you). Unbelievable. Plus, the narrow alley along the shops gets clogged quickly, which makes getting in & out potentially difficult. After I left (no business done), I found the smog station at Vineland / Saticoy corner - 5 min away with easy access, proper customer care and at CHEAPER price.

If I could give them minus I would. Maybe they thought I was stupid because I had blonde hair. They said my battery had been disconnected I'd have to drive around. I did so came back the guy told me it was perfect I passed he pulled it into the stall and all of a sudden it wouldn't pass. They are the biggest ripoffs around charge me $89. Said I had to be back in 15 days or pay another $40 and if I didn't come back within the 15 days I would start all over so it would be $130 again. These are the worst guys in the world

I was looking for a smog check place and saw this one on Google. It was kind of hidden, once I found it, two older gentlemen greeted me. Once they took my dmv documents the smog check was fast easy and the guys were so nice. It was for my mother and she encouraged me to make this review. I recommend this place to everyone It cost 60 bucks worth the price
