Crown Toyota Service and Auto Parts

I visited Crown Toyota Service and Auto Parts in Ontario, CA for the first time yesterday to get an oil change. It was a great experience. My service advisor Alexis was awesome. He explained everything to me in detail about my car. The facility is clean, recently renovated, and the employees are nice and polite. I will definitely go there again to have my Toyota Camry service. Yes, l do recommend Crown Toyota.

The service visit and work on my 2025 Prius Plugin Hybrid was outstanding! Service writer Jesse was extremely thorough and helpful in helping to determine the services necessary to get my car repaired. Jesse was well organized and attentive while the mechanic worked on my car. Jesse provided timely updates by text and phone calls regarding the diagnosis and service provided by the mechanic. His service update and status by text and phone calls were timely and helpful. Jesse provided a thorough and comprehensive reporting of the services completed along with maintenance recommendations when my car was ready. Overall, Jesse’s customer service was above and beyond. I definitely will return to Crown Toyota for my car’s maintenance!

They listened, took ownership, and provided outstanding service during my follow-up visit. Their professionalism, attention, and genuine care completely changed the experience. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR BRAKES INSPECTED!!! I went in on October 13th to get my brakes inspected as they were making a horrible grinding noise. I sat there for over 3 hours and was told that my brakes sounded bad because they were dirty. they measured my front brake pads at 6mm. Continued to drive vehicle with noisy brakes, as i was assured that there was nothing wrong and that it was just buildup. Decided to clean these ‘dirty’ breaks today only to find my passenger side brake pad to be completely worn down! my rotor is also destroyed from all the grinding. Do not trust this Toyota location with your life.

PJ is kind, and he kept me informed step by step what happened to my car. I was surprise the timely work and considerations to consumers. He treated me with respect, and has excellent service attention and manners. I was happy to have his help. Always happy with the service after 20 years of loyalty. Great job PJ
