Had my car towed 10 miles from my church parking lot to Crown Transmission after it wouldn't go into any gear. Mr Macy was very helpful and so pleasant to work with. He contacted me often when he needed my approval or to inform me of where they were at in the transmission replacement. The replacement consisted of all brand new parts, no rebuilds or repairs. My SUV is 13 years old, but I am not in the market for a new car at this time. The rest of the car is in good condition, so I decided to have the transmission replaced, and now I can drive it for several more years. They did a great job! I highly recommend and trust Crown Transmission!

Believe the reviews! Macy is wonderful to work with. We got two opinions on our vehicle before going to Crown and decided immediately that we would have the work done here. Old school, hard work, and outstanding customer service - what so many businesses now lack, this is where Macy shines. He communicated with us almost daily and was clear and upfront about the repair and costs (Crown is not cheap, because Macy makes sure you get exactly what you need). I had my car towed to Macey’s shop after getting an inconclusive diagnostic from a different repair shop. He was so kind, patient, empathetic, and helpful. He generously gave me a discounted rate since I had already paid a large sum for the diagnostic a day before. Sadly, my car was unrecoverable as it had transmission internal failure and there was nothing left to do. Macey told me that in the past 30 years he has worked with cars it was the first time that he had seen something like this happen for a Toyota where there was no fix other than to get a new transmission. He was transparent and quoted me $10,000 for the new transmission and $8,000 for the used transmission.
