Disappointed! Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I had a lengthy conversation with the gentleman about my 16 year old bringing the car. He was very personable. My son came 15-20 mins early for the appointment to be told things changed and he wasn’t going to do the estimate. I called because I assumed my son relayed the information incorrectly and was told they are busy and have work to do. I clarified that on Thursday we scheduled this appointment and now on Monday he is cancelling it with no call. He told me yes they are just too busy. We will never do business here and recommend to others not to as well. My son drove 30 mins to the appointment. This is not good business. I understand with all of the recent damage he is busy. These people are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They were super professional, did a fantastic job on our car, and treated us like family from the get go. I got my hood painted black and they did a excellent job I would recommend them to all my friends or anyone looking to get their car done.
