Crow's came out when they said they would be there to tow even with the bad weather, fixed the problem and I actually got my car back the same day.

About 6 months ago, they came to my rescue because I lost my rent a car key. The young man was as nice as you could ever ask for and Helped us get our stuff out of the vehicle. Thanks for great service!

We recently Broke down in Cherokee on an overnight trip to see a concert (well after midnight) and I called Crow based solely on his add showing up first on my google search and boy what a great stroke of luck! I'm sure his competitors would be very hard pressed to provide a level of service and care for their customers that he provided. He showed up and had my truck loaded up and ready to go in just a matter of minutes. He dropped us off at our hotel on the way back to his shop and told us he would get to work on it first thing in the morning and let us know what needed to be done as soon as he could (which he did). It was my friend who was doing business with Crow's. They had towed her car locally and to me it seemed like they charged her an awful lot since they didn't have to go very far. Her bill was $1,000. But keep in mind that this is only my opinion. The other thing I noticed is the man in charge is not exactly friendly and I actually thought he was pretty hateful to her when she called to make arrangements to come pay him. If someone was fixing to hand me a $1,000 I think I could manage to be a little more pleasant.
