Cruiser Corps

Ordered a used fj 80 tailight company stated it was noted with minor damage. I never saw any note nor was it disclosed on the invoice. When I asked to see the note they said it cannot be retrieved after it is sold. Opened the box to find a hole punched right through the lense. Spoke with someone that said it is non returnable and was the only one they had. Then spoke with the manager He was brief and said send it back and we will send you another one then slammed the phone down. Hope this may help others in the future.

No stars if I could. Ordered an overpriced radiator only for it to arrive damaged. Customer service says that I should take it up with ups since I didn’t pay for the insurance. Absolute con artists. ***UPDATE*** After haggling with one of the owners for an hour and being hung up on twice by the owner, there was no resolution so I decided to take up the matter with my financial institution. Miraculously Two weeks later I received a notice of refund from Cruiser Corps as well as a return label for the shipping. It was sad that it took so much effort to get them to do the right thing, however I do appreciate it.
