Cruiser Solutions

Well , I regret bringing my cruiser there. Took two years. Crappy paint job. No communication. Ted is a liar that strings you along. Called the local police to let them know my tow truck driver was picking it up. Didn’t have the The ARB bumper that I paid for a year earlier. Your bead loafers might impress the Nantucket blue bloods, but I’m thoroughly unimpressed, Ted

After meeting Ted and his crew I decided to give them my project .they were informative and very helpful in suggesting otjer areas that needed attention while my l.c was apart .I purchased a one owner 2002 landcruiser with some frame rot .they dove right in and did an amazing job .they ended up suggesting more items that needed addressing while it was apart .they ended up replacing almost 1/2 the rear frame snd many other components. The end result was a great product. I will gladly recommend them to any off road suv enthusiasts. They were up front on pricing and very fair in my opinion.

This place pretends to be an online parts retailer, but they're actually just a drop-shipping operation. They don't keep the parts in stock, and they don't update their inventory status to reflect when things are out of stock. Do not buy parts from these guys. I placed an order almost exactly 1 month ago. I still haven't gotten any type of shipping notification or tracking number. I've called repeatedly, and every time they tell me I should receive the part in 2-3 days. At this point, I think they're just blowing smoke to get me off the phone. They have stopped answering phone calls and responding to voicemails. They might be a good repair/restoration shop (I wouldn't know), but they're complete garbage as a parts supplier. I will never do business with them again, and I would recomm

BUYER BEWARE- Bought a $1700.00 P/S Conversion kit. No Tracking number. No Customer Service. No Email or Phone Communication. Received 2 out of 20 parts that were supposed to come in kit. Can only assume company is a scam.

I live in the same town as this shop, and had taken my 1996 Lexus LX 450 for an engine repair and exhaust replacement. I had the car towed to their yard. We had conversations about my expectations and the fact that this was not a daily driver. The hope was that they would squeeze it in between bigger jobs etc. great, or so I thought. The car sat in their yard for more than three months and I believe they only worked on it because after numerous calls and attempts to contact them and establish a date for the work- I mentioned that this was my winter driver. By this time there was snow on the ground. I get it that they make most of their $ doing $100k restorations, but if you can’t or dont want the work- don’t accept it. Bottom line is that expectations were never met and communication was t
