Stopped by the S College location while running errands to get my mother’s small Buick SUV cleaned up. A great experience! For just over $20, it’s a great deal! Staff was friendly, especially Keaton, who did the final touches when out of the car wash. I read some of the bad reviews, but that didn’t deter us from trying it out. It’s not a full “detail” service, as those are well over $100. We got exactly what we paid for - an excellent exterior wash and basic interior cleanup. The price CANNOT be beat for what you get. There’s a convenient, interior waiting area too. I plan to bring my car next I’m in the area. Awesome experience!

They do a great job for a drive thru car wash. Always satisfied with how clean my car is. I even have the unlimited package of washes per month. Never thought I would do this but so worth it. Since the newer manager is here( about a year+) the see is has improved. He’s a great asset to company.

Since when did they start to upsell vacuuming and car 'blow out'? Approached by staff for an extra $20+ they'll do a second vacuum. I mentioned vacuuming is part of the package I purchased, they replied the vacuum doesn't pck up everything, but for extra then can do a second sweep. What? That's the vacuums job if done properly. Not a happy customer.

⭐ One Star (and that’s being generous) If I could give this place rocks instead of stars, I would. I paid for the full service the works. Full body wash, steam cleaning, everything. They sent my car through with no soap at all. Just water. No exaggeration. When I questioned it, I was told, “You lucky that’s all you got.” That statement alone made the situation feel hostile and unsafe. As a Black man with my wife and kids in the car, the tone and body language completely changed once they realized who they were dealing with. My family was visibly shaken my kids were scared, my wife was uncomfortable, and instead of customer service, we got intimidation. I came for a car wash, not to feel threatened or racially profiled. S College Rd location - I thought other reviews might have been exaggerating but they really didn’t do a good job at all. Purchased the Gold wash with full interior. I asked them to focus in the rear interior. Unfortunately, I tipped 30% before seeing the job they did. Interior looked basically the same as when I dropped it off. They didn’t even do the cup holders. Armor-All was streaked on the hard surfaces. Giving a star because at least everyone was polite, and another star for the nice guy at the Oleander Drive location who vacuumed the sand the first guy missed.
