I love the care and service I get at Crutchers. It's a safe space to go for car repair as a woman - they have never once talked down to me, gaslighted me, tried to upsell me, tried to confuse me with a bunch of jargon, etc. I always feel respected when I go there. They keep it real, they're honest, they'll take you back and show you what they're seeing with your vehicle, discuss options, etc. They're also really great at working with my schedule - since dropping off and leaving my car isn't always an option, I've never had a problem with booking one appointment for the diagnostics and another for getting the work done. And sometimes if I'm lucky they've got dogs in the office when I come in! 11/10 whole-heartedly recommend

For the past few years I have trusted Crutcher's Auto Repair with taking care of any repairs I have needed with my vehicle. Their customer service is exceptional. Their preliminary report of your vehicles needs are detailed & priced out when they contact you. I have never felt pressured about having extra repairs done early only informed of future issues or concerns. Drop off & pickup of your vehicle can be done outside of business hours which was a huge help to me with my work schedule. I highly recommend you calling Crutcher's for your futue automobile needs!

I trust their work completely — they’re knowledgeable, thorough, and always honest about what actually needs to be done. The team is friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a car shop that’s this consistent and dependable. Highly recommend..

Had an alignment done. They were quick and had ready when I came to pick it up. The employees were very friendly and helpful. And the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them !

As my car broke down & was toad to Crutchers @7pm. We are from out of town & Soon as they opened the next morning I was immediately contacted & told the what the problem was & they could fix it. They did an outstanding job & got the car ready that same day so we could head back home in Cincinnati Ohio. Very nice & informative of the situation would recommend anyone in the Nashville/ Franklin Tenn area to go there for car repairs.
