My car stopped working, I didn't know of anyone reliable because those who had already done work on my car didn't do anything... So I called Cruz Road Service. They came to see my vehicle quickly and explained what was happening with my car and their estimate was fair. Their work was very professional and fulfilled the warranty reliability delivery time. My car was incredible. I will not call anyone else again. I recommend them 1000%. Believe me, do not hesitate to call as soon as your car needs it. A truly professional and very reliable mechanic. Dropped off my vehicle on a Friday afternoon said the vehicle would be worked on Saturday and Sunday, started the repairs on on Monday.. Never gave a price before starting the repair work, Which they never addressed when I spoke to them about Maryland's policy in regards to starting work on a vehicle without giving a written quote. Then dropped my parts to a different a different mechanic shop to perform work that needed to be done. Lack of communication and also poor execution of work necessary to be done. Check engine light came back on within one day and vehicle has never performed the same.
