Crystal Clean Auto Spa

I love this carwash!!! I have never had any issues with their bays being out of product or their vacuums being clogged as I have with all the other carwashes in the area. Plus I swear it's the only place that actually uses warm water.

Card readers suck… Edit* Owner actually took the time to reach out to me personally to tell me they were upgrading the card readers! The card readers were replaced by my next visit!!! Thank you for your great customer service!!

I haven't had a bad experience here yet, both in the auto and the manual car wash areas. Card readers work well, haven't done cash. It's always been well kept. The only slightly annoying thing is that on windy days the manual wash bays are aligned so that any breeze will make it mist you, but they can't really help that.

One star because I have! Got stuck in the auto wash today in Philipsburg. I get it, things happen, but how it was handled was not okay! I called the number on my receipt (thank goodness I got one because there is no contact info inside the wash that I saw) and some guy thought I had all day to hear about how this happens. Then he dispatched another guy who looked like he just crawled out of a sewer, who aggressively approached my window only to tell me what a hurry HE was in! Cause I had nothing to do but sit in a car wash all day. Seriously!! He put his hands on the inside of my window while he continued shouting at me. I told him he wasn’t going to talk to me that way! I did not create this problem! He continued to yell, telling me how he was going to a service for his daughter that die

Had 40 seconds left put 50 more cents in machine shut off and said I had to add another 2.50 had no choice had to rinse off my car. Its expensive enough let alone paying for it twice. No attendant and when you call their number no answer and can't leave a message. 2/22/25 update. Went back and there was an attendant there. Showed him my review and he gave me a free wash. Took awhile but it all evened out.
