Crystal Clean Car Wash

Started going over the past year since the new owner took over. I pay for the monthly service and go frequently. They are always friendly and go above and beyond when needed, they’ve done so for me and I’ve seen them do so for other customers as well. I go through the automatic car wash and usually use their vacuums and rags to dry my car and vacuum and dust the inside myself. Occasionally I’ll pay for the upgraded service and have them do the entire service for me. I’m happy with the service and recommend them!

I just paid $49 for a carwash that is not no different then a regular $10 car wash. They used dirty fiber cloth to wipe the inside of my car and smudge the windshield from inside. Rear of my SUV didn't get cleaned. Front of the SUV is wet. I think it's a rip off to pay $49 for just a cheap car wash. You pay that money to clean more mess after the wash basically. Wheels are also not cleaned. I will not recommend to anyone

I visited your car wash today and opted for the Exterior Wash & Interior Detail package, for which I paid $49 ($60 with tip). Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by the services promised, especially considering the price. Regarding the exterior wash, while the overall shine was satisfactory, I was disappointed to find that bird droppings and other debris remained on the car after the wash. Additionally, upon inspecting the interior, I noticed that my seats were not vacuumed, which was particularly frustrating given that interior detailing is a core part of the package I selected. I bought the car in 2017 and I've never had more than a basic wash since so this was a real treat. Deluxe wash and interior vacuuming, wiped down all surfaces, cleaned inside of windows and my car mats. Not going anywhere else.

I love having the membership. It actually saves me money because I do like to have a clean car. The vacuums are great, especially the tool that lets me get into the tight spaces. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
