Crystal Clean Car Wash

Jamie we as u mentioned have been three the same thing with the skid steer. I couldn't find the video of how the man acted but he came and shut my husband sprayer off in the middle of him using it wasting out time on the clock. My husband told him to turn it back on it was posted nowhere equipment couldn't be washed. The guy proceeded to argue then called the cops. When the cops got there they asked him where it was started equipment couldn't be washed and all he could do was point to the sign where it said " car was" well if it was just for cars y have 1 bay that's bug enough to fit a 18 wheeler under? This car was is very unprofessional if u was me. The cops made him let my husband finish washing the equipment then made him give the money back. Even after our experience ig 8 9 months lat

I've decided to stop trying this car wash. The card readers never work, whether you're at a self service stall or the drive thru touchless. The only option is to carry coins, or pray that the change machine will read your bills. It's 2025, get with the program and invest back into your business so future customers don't waste their time and go somewhere else.

I swipe my card yesterday 10-13-25 it did nothing said to swipe again so I did. Still asking me to swip again so i did, So it said swipe again so I did. I got charged 10.00 for 3 minutes. This ridiculous what a rip off I know it had to charge me 3 times. My son says is should be 3 or 4 minutes for $3.00 he lives in Pryor. He said you have to watch the place hes been ripped off before using the card reader, I used it 3 minutes so why am I begin over charged!!!!! An it didn't even remove all the dirty on the highest power wash using the wand!!!!! I'll contact my bank for fraud!!!! Im not begin ripped off an I'm out of state...

I went to Crystal clean car Wash today on 2/25/2026 the guy running the place that you can't wash a bucket truck or a skid steer but it's not posted nowhere that you can't try to get me to leave while I still had time on the clock then he started videotaping me he taking pictures and post them to social media I told him go ahead he called the law on my other friend last year because he was washing his skid steer he called the cops on him they showed up tell him there's no signs that says he can't he's just a prick he drives a white car with a sunroof

It's a car wash... It has water, soap and other chemicals to clean your car. It doesn't serve ice cream. Lol
