Poor leader ship I been calling all day been put off two days to get it done I was told some one would be out between 4 and 5 and now it's 6:10 and no-one has not showen up yet to put my wind shield in and on top of that its no after hour number to call and see what's going on

I called them and they came right out the next day they did a great job I definitely recommend them and they have good prices I use them a few times and I will call them again I’m satisfied 😁

After multiple issues with my windshield replacement, it is still not right. I was supposed to get a call from the owner today to look at what is happening but I didn’t. When I called to see why, I felt like I was getting the runaround. I chose to use a local business because I love to support small businesses but I paid for a job that has not been done correctly. The windshield leaked on me while on a road trip in the pouring rain. They came out and “fixed” it but then when I went through the car wash SEVEN DAYS LATER it leaked on me yet again. I am disappointed with the quality of the work and the customer service. I paid for this out of my pocket and now I have a leaking car that will ultimately be moldy because of the leak. Don’t deal with these people. All you get is the runaround.

We had an emergency and Larry took care of immediately. Great service, quality work. Highly recommend Crystal Clear Auto Glass.
