Crystal Clear Wash

I used to love this place, no complaints at all; I could do my laundry for a decent price with super sized washers and quick dryers. I could leave my clothes to wash and come back without worrying about anyone taking them. But tonight I stayed to use the car wash in the meantime of my laundry completing, and I wasn’t taking too much longer then then allotted time of the washer, but I came in to someone else using the washer I had put my clothes in, and some of my garments in a cart, being loaded by someone else with their own laundry, into a dryer. Someone took my wet clothes out of the washer and put them in a cart by the office, presumably letting people take what they wanted from the cart, and the manager admitted she had done that, and her reasoning was “someone else needed the washer”

I showed up today around 2:30 pm the man that was there originally was very helpful and kind. He helped to fix a problem I was having with one of the dryers. He is usually the one there when I do my laundry as I usually do it earlier in the day than I did today. But there was a shift change and a lady came in. She was by far less kind. She was constantly following around specific customers asking what they were doing when they had a cart in their hands and were either loading up the washing machines or the dryers. She got really upset at one older man in the parking lot over a minor thing and kicked another man out for him getting upset after she had asked him the same question several times, even yelling it at him across the room and then called the cops on him even though he had already

if i could give zero stars i would! I ISED TO go there twice a week and will no longer be going due to rude attendants! I got there at 7:50 and had half of my laundry in there already and was just getting my towels out of my car and the girl told me i couldn’t bring anything else in there and almost wouldn’t let me get what was ALREADY IN THERE!

They don't put soap in the system so you are basically washing with just hot water. There's plenty of other car washes to use in Montrose.

Scanned the QR code on the bay & downloaded the app. Got my first wash free! Price per minute is very reasonable. Actually got a good wash and didn't use the brush. One of the better self car washes I've used. I'll beusing it again when I'm back in town. *Website says there's a location in Clifton but I'm not sure that one is still in business.
