My husband needed a car just to get back and forth to work. 1st day of using the car it sucked up a whole tank of gas. Engine light came on turns out some O2 sensor they did pay for that. Get the car back drove it 1 day Engine light and battery came on again. Made it home we work in port a. Turned the car off and wouldn't turn back on. So next morning went to buy a new battery. We went to work husband only drove it 1/2 a day and car kept Turing off. So now my husband is on call were down to 1 car we stay in port a when he's on call. He got stuck on 361 during spring break now we have to get the car back to where we're staying. So now we have to wait til my husband get off of being on call to get the car back to corpus. extremely unprofessional, sold me a vehicle with blown engine, I used a running vehicle as a down on this vehicle and they ended up keeping the truck with a blown engine, and my trade in truck and went to write me a $1,500 check and leave me with nothing, I did not want to sell them my truck it was a down!!! so petty they even took reg. fees back out, there so broke they needed my almost $300 out of the $1,500 which I never wanted, so they took and sold my truck, gave me a blown engine truck, took that back and handed me a $1,200 check and basically said ha-ha sucker. 4 weeks prior to using truck as a trade in I purchased $2,200 worth of new tires for the dually truck. so, ya spit in my face. these people are crooks!

We were working on a deal for a truck and was told MULTIPLE times by Tammy that they were still working on it and that she would call us back and let us know either way what the final answer was. We didnt want to keep bothering her so we waited for her to get back to us...she NEVER ONCE CALLED US BACK! We called one last time today to finalize and she told us "the truck sold" So they basically put us on hold to try getting a better deal with someone else and SCREWED US!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Showed their true colors!

Bought a 2003 Silverado for $9,100 and it was priced $11,900. Braden was very nice and catered to our wants very well. After we drove off the lot the truck had lost power to the engine before we got past the first light. Immediately we brought it back and Braden had their mechanic put in a new battery and filter. But we believed it was a different issue and they had it outsourced to another mechanic and fixed it all. And it's running perfectly and we couldn't be happier with it. Appreciate them fixing the issues free of cost for us, even after we'd already paid them for the truck to begin with.

I can tell you this folks, the owner, I believe his name is Shannon has a clear understanding that he is behind the 8ball being in the used car business. He understands that customer service is a dying art, that's what makes him and his dealership the Picasso amungst imitators. Food for thought :if you need a car , they'll get you into one, seriously! And we all worry about mechanical issues when buying a used car,not that you need to worry about that but they got you taken care after the sale as well. It's a win-win. They have my return business.
