Right away I was met with friendly and speedy service. Their waiting room was very pleasant, had amazing books, good music and great vibes all around. You can tell the owners live their business and do everything possible to do the best they can for you. I was in and out quickly and happy to give my business to good people!

Fair price, close to the DMV, took less time than I expected, and they actually tried to make the waiting space nice which I noticed right away. You can tell they get a lot of DMV customers but it was still quite jazzed up considering. I only dealt with the front desk staff and she was pleasant, welcoming, and efficient. It went super fast, I was surprised at how short of a wait.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. I needed a vehicle inspection in order to complete my car registration and was anxiety-ridden that it would not pass. After the testing, it was found that I need to repair two items. Rather than sending me out to get those repaired somewhere, they kindly fixed it at a very minimal cost. Jonathan, the CEO, greeted me so kindly, and took all my stress away. Also, as I waited for my service to be done, I observed how well they treated all of the other customers that came into their shop. The Front Office woman was also amazing kind.

You'll never find a cleaner or more pleasant smog check station anywhere - I would bet on it. Jonathan and his mechanics will check your car in record speed and his wife, who runs the office, is always helpful and attentive to each customer. The waiting room/office looks more like a doctor's office than a smog check station - books on philosophy, tasteful decor, and a comfy couch might make you forget why you came here in the first place. I come as much for the conversation as for the car care. You'll love it and leave almost wishing the whole process had taken longer, so that you could enjoy the "vibe" that much more.

If you want professional, honest, kind, and excellent customer service, Patricia and Jonathan meet all the criteria. They took are of my catalytic converter install in record time so that I was able to pass my smog. I trust them because they are honest, which is rare in these times. Love these guys!
